1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by ADHD Roadmap Coaching, including (but not limited to) coaching sessions, body doubling, workshops, digital content, and use of this website. By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services (Important)
Our services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not:

  • Therapy or counselling
  • Medical, psychiatric, or mental health treatment
  • Crisis support or emergency services

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. If you are in crisis or need urgent mental health support, please contact local emergency services or a qualified health professional.

3. No Guarantees
We aim to provide thoughtful, professional support — but results are not guaranteed. What works for one person may not work for another. Progress depends on many factors outside our control.

4. Use of the Website & Services
Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We may update, pause, or discontinue services or website access at any time, including for maintenance or technical reasons. We are not responsible for:

  • Website outages or technical issues
  • Compatibility issues with your device or browser
  • Third-party platforms, links, or tools

5. Third-Party Services
We may reference or link to third-party tools, services, or resources. We do not control or guarantee them and am not responsible for any issues that arise from your use of third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • ADHD Roadmap Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or personal outcomes.
  • Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months before the claim, or the duration of your service agreement — whichever is less.

This applies whether the claim is based on contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

7. Your Responsibilities & Indemnification
You agree to use services lawfully and respectfully. You agree to hold ADHD Roadmap Coaching harmless from claims or damages arising from:

  • Your misuse of services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

8. No Waiver
If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms right away, that doesn’t mean we are giving up the right to enforce it later.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If consumer protection laws in your location offer greater rights, those rights still apply. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of British Columbia, unless required otherwise by law.
