TEEN & ADHD COACHING: supporting goals and expectations

Being a teenager can be exhilarating. It is a time for big dreams as you begin to step out into the world. It seems everyone (including you!) has goals and expectations for you. As a teen, you have more opportunities and more challenges; more freedom than you did as a child as well as more responsibilities. It might seem like you are moving forward one day and back the next, as demands at school and home increase.

The whole time this is happening, you probably want to spend more time with your friends or doing things you enjoy. Adding ADHD into the mix can bring more fun and creativity. It can also make some things harder to do. Adding Autism presents a few more hurdles. Navigating the changes in your body, your mind and your emotions might make you feel anxious at times. Coaching can help you build confidence as you set up systems to support your goals.

What do you want to do?
