BASIC TRACTION GROUP: "Where the Rubber Hits the Road"

Traction Tuesday Momentum and Accountability Monthly Group Meetings (1 hour/month)

September 16, October 7, November 4, and December 2

Over these three months, you will have the opportunity to:

• build peer connections for support and accountability in a safe and ADHD-friendly space
• learn the elements of an ADHD-friendly system for managing information
• build an awareness of effective processes for planning projects, setting priorities and managing timelines
• explore common obstacles that plague ADHDers and what you can do about them
