I follow a strength-based model which means that I help you to use your strongest executive skills to develop  other executive skills. This works regardless of the kind of brain you have – neurotypical or neurodivergent. Together we can identify which executive skills are your strengths. Then you decide which one(s) you want to work on. We can do all of this as part of the bigger picture of setting a goal and working toward it.
